Attorneys Erin E. O’Neill, Marisa Leib-Neri, and Jessie Weber attended the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) Young Lawyers Section’s 35th Annual Charity Event on April 24. The BGL team joined fellow Maryland attorneys and legal professionals at the event, which brought together hundreds of members of the bench and bar in support of Disability Rights Maryland, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing the civil rights of people with all types of disabilities through free legal services to Marylanders of any age.
Earlier in the week, on April 22, attorneys Monica Basche, Lauren DiMartino, Neel Lalchandani, and Dana McKee attended A Taste for Pro Bono, the annual signature event hosted by Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS), which the firm was proud to again sponsor. Monica, Lauren, Neel, and Dana connected with fellow members of the legal community while celebrating 45 years of the MVLS removing barriers to justice for vulnerable Marylanders through free civil legal help, community engagement, and advocacy for equitable laws. Monica is a member of the organization’s Board of Directors and Dana serves on the annual Taste for Pro Bono fundraising committee.
