Dana McKeeDana McKee recently received her certification for a nationally approved and recognized transformative mediation and conflict transformation skills training program.  The course focused specifically on the fundamentals of mediation from the Relational Framework.

This course provides the tools and theory critical in transforming conflict in all areas of discord and dispute, but particularly lawsuits, legal claims, business, and workplace conflicts. It also includes an in-depth focus on sources of conflict, a systems approach, and unitive triangling – a way of relating to others in a manner that restores the quality of the interaction itself.

The training was led by Louise Phipps Senft, founder and CEO of Baltimore Mediation. Louise is an attorney and is nationally recognized as a transformative mediator for family, divorce, commercial and complicated business, and healthcare issues. She is the author of the best-selling book, Being Relational: The Seven Ways to Quality Interaction & Lasting Change.
