This course provides the tools and theory critical in transforming conflict in all areas of discord and dispute, but particularly lawsuits, legal claims, business, and workplace conflicts. It also includes an in-depth focus on sources of conflict, a systems approach, and unitive triangling – a way of relating to others in a manner that restores the quality of the interaction itself.
