The Ninth Circuit has set the law straight: public accommodations like Domino’s Pizza must make their web and mobile services accessible. Companies cannot wait until the DOJ issues website-specific regulations—they must comply with the ADA now.  Eve Hill and Jessie Weber were proud to represent the National Federation of the Blind and other disability rights groups as amicus in this case.
