Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum and Lauren DiMartino discussed “The 3 Rs of Person-Centered Planning: Roles, Responsibilities, and Rights.”

Managing Partner Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum and attorney Lauren DiMartino participated in a webinar on “The 3 Rs of Person-Centered Planning: Roles, Responsibilities, and Rights,” joining Nick Burton, CEO of N. Burton Consulting, Jamie Stoner, Senior Vice President of Coordination of Community Services at Service Coordination, Inc., and People on the Go, a Maryland-based self-advocacy group that is run for and by those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

As Sharon transitions into retirement, she gave many of the 200 participants some final guidance and made sure that everyone knows that Brown Goldstein & Levy will continue to assist clients with the challenges that they are facing to ensure that rights are respected.

Lauren represents clients across various areas of civil rights law, including fair housing, education and disability rights, LGBTQ+ rights, police misconduct, and workplace discrimination. Her practice also includes appeals, and commercial litigation. Her client-centered practice is focused on ensuring diverse communities can thrive. Lauren also advocates for organizations that provide support and services to individuals with disabilities as well as community-based mental health providers—providing advice and counsel on their business needs and the successful provision of their services, negotiating solutions, and litigating where necessary.
