Andy Levy and Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum attend the University of Maryland Carey School of Law Board of Visitors Retreat.

On June 26, managing partner Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum and founding partner Andy Levy visited their alma mater, the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, to attend the annual Board of Visitors Retreat to connect and plan for the year ahead.

The retreat was a working dinner, hosted by the University of Maryland’s Office of Development & Alumni Relations. Sharon continues to serve on the Executive Committee and takes great pride in her involvement with Carey Law and enjoys the opportunity to work with the Dean and the law school’s exceptional professional staff to continue the law school’s excellence and its goals to continue to achieve more.  Andy, who is long-time adjunct faculty member at Carey Law, is joining the Board of Visitors and is excited to do so.

The Board of Visitors is made up of distinguished alumni and friends who advise the Dean on topics ranging from proposals for new academic programs, to the hiring of senior administrators, to state and local political issues affecting the law school. Members of the Board also seek to advise the Maryland General Assembly, the Board of Regents, the University System of Maryland Chancellor and the University of Maryland, Baltimore President on matters affecting the Law School. The Board contributes substantially to development and alumni relations.

Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum takes great pride in her role as Managing Partner of Brown, Goldstein & Levy while continuing her active practice on behalf of a varied client base.
