When a national insurance company sued a group of ambulatory surgical centers for $20 million, alleging violations of RICO and ERISA, Brown, Goldstein & Levy successfully defended the lawsuit and prosecuted a counterclaim for over $20 million owed for services provided to patients insured by that company.
