Kobie Flowers discusses his law career, the impact of trials, and more on “How I Lawyer” podcast with Georgetown Law Professor.

Brown, Goldstein & Levy partner Kobie Flowers was featured on the 76th episode of the How I Lawyer podcast, which was released on August 10. In the episode, host Jonah Perlin – a professor at the Georgetown University Law Center – and Kobie discuss a wide array of issues, including prison abolition and why exceptional storytelling is vital to trial lawyering.

Kobie, who has over twenty years of courtroom experience,  reminded podcast listeners that as the number of trials has decreased in this country the number of incarcerated people has increased. To solve the problem of mass incarceration (and even crime), Kobie called for more trials.
