Kevin is a top business attorney who helps lead the commercial litigation practice at BGL. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Kevin represents individuals in civil rights litigation, employment disputes, personal injury matters as well as in federal and state criminal prosecutions and investigations.
Kevin is an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and has been recognized by several leading publications for his legal work. He has been listed by Lawdragon on its 500 Leading Litigators in America list since 2023 and was recognized on the 500 X – The Next Generation List from 2023 to 2024. Lawdragon also recognized Kevin on its 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers from 2022 to 2024.
