Kevin Docherty was named in the 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide as a leader in commercial litigation.

Congratulations to partner Kevin Docherty who has been named to the 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide for his work in commercial litigation and civil rights. Kevin has been included in this guide since its inaugural publication in 2023, which represents the next generation of attorneys who will define the legal profession.

The Lawdragon selection process is highly competitive. In addition to reviewing submissions, Lawdragon independently researches and vets each nominated attorney on its own. This year’s guide also marks the first year that attorneys globally were included, creating a more diverse and inclusive guide. Kevin is joined by four other BGL attorney’s in this year’s Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide, including Anthony May, Monica Basche, Chelsea Crawford, and Anisha Queen. Read about the selected attorneys here.

Kevin helps lead BGL’s commercial litigation practice. For more than 40 years, BGL has represented every kind of business, from small, closely held companies to Fortune 500 companies in every kind of case, from real estate disputes to alleged securities fraud to fights among business partners. While BGL prides itself on being able to take any case to trial, it also works with clients to avoid litigation, when possible. BGL’s collaborative approach has secured multi-million-dollar victories on behalf of individuals, corporations, and nonprofits.
