Joshua TreemJoshua Treem, partner at Brown, Goldstein & Levy, attended the annual American Board of Criminal Lawyers Winter Meeting, hosted at the Four Seasons Las Vegas hotel from March 18 to 20, 2022. Joshua spoke about his trial in December 2021 in federal court in Baltimore on obstruction of justice charges, his acquittal, and the threats to criminal defense attorneys posed by the Government’s charges and tactics.

The American Board of Criminal Lawyers is an exclusive national, legal, honorary society for outstanding trial lawyers who have had at least 10 years of criminal trial experience and who have tried at least 50 trials, of which 35 were felony jury trials. Admission to the ABCL is by invitation only. Its membership consists of highly regarded criminal defense practitioners across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
