Brown, Goldstein & Levy partner Jessie Weber was recognized in the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America Guide. She made the list across four categories including employment, civil rights, appellate, and plaintiff litigation, showcasing her diverse practice.
In addition to Jessie’s recognition on the Leading Litigators list, she has consistently been included in various Lawdragon lists since 2019, including its 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Guide and 500 Leading Lawyers in America Guide.
Jessie enjoys sharing her experience with other attorneys in the field. Recently, she was one of four BGL attorneys who contributed articles on legal news in the employment space for the Maryland State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Newsletter. The articles covered relevant updates on both federal and state legislation relevant to labor and employment law practitioners, discussing important topics such as accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a new legal tool for federal employees with disabilities encountering inaccessible workplace technology, and the evolving legal landscape to address the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on employment discrimination.
The Lawdragon selection process is highly competitive. In addition to reviewing submissions, Lawdragon independently researches and vets each nominated attorney on its own. This year’s guide also marks the first year that attorneys globally were included, creating a more diverse and inclusive guide. Thirteen BGL attorneys were selected to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America guide for 2025. Read about the selected attorneys here.
