Eve Hill marked the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act by discussing digital accessibility compliance with Level Access.

In celebration of the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) being signed into law, partner Eve Hill presented at a webinar entitled, “2026 Legal Briefing: Mid-Year Trends in ADA Litigation and EAA Enforcement,” hosted by Level Access on July 21. Eve was joined by Jon Avila, Chief Accessibility Officer at Level Access, and Corbb O’Connor, Director of Thought Leadership at Level Access.

As one of the country’s leading disability rights attorneys, Eve joined a panel discussion examining the latest developments shaping digital accessibility law in the United States and Europe. The webinar provided practical guidance for organizations navigating an increasingly complex legal landscape while working to ensure equitable access for people with disabilities.

During the session, Eve and her fellow presenters examined key developments in digital accessibility law, including the evolving enforcement of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), recent trends in ADA web and mobile accessibility litigation, and what constitutes a meaningful, good-faith approach to accessibility compliance. They also shared practical strategies for navigating accessibility requirements across U.S. and European jurisdictions while reducing legal risk through stronger accessibility programs.

Level Access works with various companies on digital accessibility solutions, helping to create accessible and legally compliant websites, mobile apps, software, and other technology.
