Match Day and beyond: What to know as you begin your residency.

After years of rigorous coursework, sleepless nights, and dedication, this milestone marks the beginning of the next chapter in your journey to becoming a physician.

As you step into residency, you are also entering a new professional and contractual relationship with your training institution. While our hope is that you never have to navigate any problems with your program, it is a good idea to save your contract in a secure place and not just have the relevant institution/program policies, but know them well. And, if any issues come up with waivers of the Match commitment, the NRMP requires prompt action.

If you have questions regarding an issue in your residency, I encourage you to contact us to see if we can assist with your particular circumstances.

Today, Brown, Goldstein & Levy celebrates your extraordinary achievement and wishes you success in the years ahead. We stand ready to assist if legal issues arise during your residency journey.
