BGL hosts its third annual Summer Associate Networking Happy Hour for attorneys throughout the Baltimore area to meet and mingle with the next generation of legal professionals.

On July 24, Brown, Goldstein & Levy hosted its third annual Summer Associate Networking Happy Hour for summer associates from BGL, other Baltimore law firms, and public interest/government legal services organizations at BGL’s Baltimore office.

Among those in attendance were guests from the Baltimore Legal Action Team,  Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Maryland, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, as well as several law firms across Baltimore.

This is the third consecutive year that BGL has hosted this event in recognition of the hard work, commitment, and passion that summer associates bring to the legal field. We look forward to seeing their professional careers develop in the future as strong advocates and the new generation of the legal profession. This event is intended to help law students kickstart the process of building valuable professional relationships.

This year we were thrilled to welcome three new summer associates for our 8-to-10-week summer associate program where they were able to gain hands-on litigation experience and exposure to cases in practice areas such as civil rights, commercial litigation, employment discrimination, criminal defense, and more.
