Congratulations to partner Anisha Queen for being named a 2023 Maryland Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers across Maryland. This is Anisha’s third year receiving the prestigious recognition.
Anisha joined Brown, Goldstein & Levy in January 2019 and has been an integral part of obtaining justice for BGL’s clients in various high impact cases across a wide array of civil matters. She has experience representing clients in cases involving employment law, housing discrimination, disability rights, civil rights, wrongful convictions, Title IX, and contract disputes. Anisha has also represented clients in criminal matters, including those involving second-degree assault, weapons possession, and wire fraud.
In addition to her selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list, Anisha has been named to The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list for Litigation – Labor and Employment for 2023.
