Judge James K. Bredar issued an Order appointing Kobie Flowers to the District of Maryland Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel. The Court created the Panel to assist it in finding a judge to take the vacancy created by Judge Stephanie A. Gallagher’s elevation to the federal District Court bench.
