Welcome to another installment of our “Beyond the Courtroom” series: a recap of recent events our attorneys have attended. From conferences and lectures to summits and symposiums, and more, the BGL team is proud to stay connected to the legal and local communities.
On August 13, partner Jacqui Cadman attended a Co-Chair Retreat at the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia – her first as co-chair of the WBA Criminal Law Forum. Jacqui launched the forum in July 2025 alongside WBA/DC member Paulette Pagán to create networking opportunities and community for women in the D.C. criminal legal field. At the retreat, Jacqui connected with fellow co-chairs and began planning programming events for the forum. Learn more about the new WBA-DC Criminal Law Forum here.
