Brown, Goldstein & Levy partner Kevin Docherty has been named to the inaugural Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America list for 2023 in the “Commercial Litigation” category. The Leading Litigators list recognizes attorneys who excel representing corporations, organizations, and individuals in litigation across a variety of practice areas.
The Lawdragon selection process is highly competitive and performed by a team of professionals with over 100 combined years of experience in the lawyer reporting and information business. The Lawdragon team identifies lawyers who have had a significant impact on their field and who are the preeminent voices on important legal matters. Lawdragon accepts thousands of submissions and each candidate is independently considered. Candidates must have been in practice for at least 10 years, with rare exceptions. The review team considers the regard to which each candidate is held by peers, aiming to include lawyers who aspire to be and who are admired for their intellect and wisdom, conduct, and leadership.

In addition, Kevin has been recognized in the 2023 Best Lawyers edition for Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation, as well as the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch list for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in 2021 and 2022. Between 2017 and 2022, Kevin was named a Maryland Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
