Areas of Practice:
Ms. Martin represents individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations in a variety of civil and criminal matters. She has handled cases involving civil rights violations, breach of contract, professional malpractice, breach of fiduciary duties, securities regulation, compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the defense of criminal charges.

Biography:
Before joining Brown, Goldstein & Levy, Ms. Martin worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Wilmer, Culter & Pickering.
While in law school, Ms. Martin was a member of the 2000 national championship Jessup International Law moot court team and a senior editor of Law and Contemporary Problems.
She is proficient in German and Russian.
