Poole v. Textron, Inc.,192 F.R.D. 494 (D. Md. 2000) (substantial recovery for child disfigured in a golf cart accident and sanctions against the manufacturer and its attorneys for concealing information pertaining to the golf cart's defective design).

Angell v. Henneberry, 92 Md. App. 279, 607 A.2d 590 (1992) (holding that the manner in which a prisoner was admitted into a therapuetic correctional facility entitled him to a due process hearing before being transferred to another facility).

Stonegate Limited Partnership v. American Siding & Roofing, Inc. (successfully represented developer for substantial defects in a townhouse development caused by the negligent workmanship of one of its subcontractors).

Biography:
Before joining Brown, Goldstein & Levy, Ms. McKee worked several years in what was then the third largest law firm in Maryland. Her practice during those years was devoted exclusively to complex commercial litigation.
Ms. McKee's practice now encompasses both complex civil litigation and family law. She enjoys the tough case, the big case, the bet-your-job or bet-your-company case. Ms. McKee has handled cases at the trial and appellate level involving a broad spectrum of issues, including divorces, custody and support obligations, construction, officer/director liability, defamation, premises liability, professional malpractice, products liability, civil rights violations, and contract and real property disputes. In addition to being known for her litigation skills, Ms. McKee is respected by her adversaries as a tough, but fair negotiator.
